nowdays everything is running fast especially for hard worker. do you remember how often you do a sport?

it's important to think because your healt is your treasures. so now, i will share tips how to maintain your health. lets check this out....

to a Healthy Life




1. EAT HEALTHY FOOD
Healthy food is important for your body's health because it gives more healthy nutrition to give you energy and keep your body from developing diseases.

2. DO SPORTS
Do sports minimum once a week for 2 hours. You can jog, swim, play basketball, etc. If you don’t want the hard sport you can do calisthenics, like sit up, push up, etc.

3. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
If you are an adult, you must sleep for 7-8 hours. And if you are a child, you must sleep for 8-9 hours.

4. STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVITY
Stay away from the negativity in your life such as drugs, stress, smoke, radiation, cigarettes etc.

5. PRAY TO GOD
If you've done all four ways without doing this, I can't guarantee that you will be healthy because it's God that decides whether you will be healthy or not. So, pray to God.
